Tip and receive Bitcoin Cash inside your community. Deposit once, tip with a command. Low fees, BCH-native.
Bitcoin Cash is ideal for small, frequent tips: fees are a fraction of a cent, so sending 0.001 BCH doesn’t get eaten by gas. A bot that holds user balances and lets them tip each other inside Discord or Telegram brings BCH into communities that already chat there—no need to leave the app.
Communities want to reward contributors and tip in crypto. Many bots support only ETH or other high-fee chains; BCH is rarely first-class. When it is supported, UX is often clunky (external links, high minimums). Moderators and members need something like “!tip @user 0.001” that works in-channel, with clear deposit (CashAddr + QR) and withdrawal to their own BCH wallet. Fees should stay minimal so small tips are viable.
Build a Discord and/or Telegram bot: users deposit to a unique CashAddr (or balance ledger), then tip others with a command. Support balance checks, withdrawal to external BCH address, and optional leaderboards or roles. Use BCH’s low fees to allow small tips (e.g. 0.0001 BCH) without burning value in fees. Open-source the bot and document how to self-host or use a public instance. Consider CashTokens later (e.g. community token tips) if the ecosystem adopts them for this use case.
